3. Development status

1) The   domestic development status of prefabricated houses

In recent years, China's economy has shown a rapid development trend.

With the continuous progress of living standard, the demand and requirements for housing are also increasing daily, which promotes the constant and high-speed urban development

On the one hand, in the building process of roads , bridges and housing , temporary supporting buildings are necessary.

On the other hand, the construction standards of prefab house have been constantly perfected and upgraded, and their safety factor is relatively high, which has been widely recognized by people.

These objective fact have accelerated the wider application of container houses, therefore the utilization rate has been greatly raised.

At present, construction sites are demanding for prefab house the most in China, and it is the main market for prefabricated houses.

In construction sites , prefabricated houses are usually used as dormitory, canteen and depot.
